Leasing & Hire Purchase
Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

ACF T.A.G. + / T.A.G. + HP – professional complete anti-graffiti system for mobile aéro- and hydrogommage
The ACF T.A.G. + and the enhanced T.A.G. + HP are fully equipped, mobile complete systems for the professional removal of graffiti, paint coatings and stubborn dirt. The system was developed for municipalities, building cleaners, restoration companies, construction companies and specialised cleaning service providers that regularly work at changing locations and require a largely autonomous solution.
All essential components are combined on a compact transport platform: an ACF SL 28 Hydro low-pressure blasting machine with a 24-litre abrasive container, a powerful petrol compressor with 1,900 l/min, an integrated compressed-air cooling system, a 200-litre water tank, 10 metres of blast and supply line, and a 5 mm hydrogommage nozzle. The T.A.G. + HP additionally includes a mobile pressure washer that can be used independently of the blasting machine.
This combination allows the system to be transported quickly on a trailer or in a suitable commercial vehicle. At the worksite, the individual components can be removed from the platform and brought closer to the surface being treated as needed. This makes the system particularly suitable for work in public spaces, on façades, monuments, walls, bridges, underpasses, railway stations, schools and other graffiti-affected structures.

How the ACF T.A.G. + works
During Aérogommage, fine blasting media is accelerated with compressed air and directed in a controlled manner onto the surface to be cleaned. Compared with conventional high-pressure sandblasting, the system operates at a significantly lower, finely adjustable pressure. This allows the cleaning effect to be precisely matched to the substrate and the existing coating.
For Hydrogommage, a fine water mist is additionally mixed in at the nozzle. This binds a large proportion of the dust generated directly in the blasting area. At the same time, it reduces the rebound of blasting media. The process is therefore particularly suitable for work in urban areas, on buildings, on listed surfaces and wherever dust generation should be kept as low as possible.
Adding water does not replace the proper securing of the work area. Wastewater, dissolved coatings and used blasting media must be collected and disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
Integrated SL 28 HydroGommeuse
The heart of the system is the ACF SL 28. The unit features a 24-litre blasting-media vessel and a precisely adjustable blasting-media feed. The pneumatic remote control allows the system to be started and stopped directly at the operator's station. This prevents unnecessary consumption of blasting media when the operator pauses work or changes position.
The vessel is designed for fine, dry, free-flowing blasting media. The conical vessel bottom supports a consistent material flow. Dry blasting media, properly prepared compressed air and a nozzle size matched to the compressor capacity are essential for trouble-free operation.
Integrated compressor with 1,900 l/min
The petrol-powered compressor provides the compressed-air volume required for the 5 mm nozzle. Its own drive means the system does not depend on a high-voltage connection and can also be used at remote sites.
Actual blasting performance does not depend solely on the maximum pressure. The compressor's effective flow rate, nozzle condition, hose length, abrasive grain size and selected setting are all important. A worn nozzle has a larger internal diameter and can consume significantly more compressed air. The nozzle should therefore be measured regularly and replaced when excessively worn.
Compressed-air cooler for reliable abrasive flow
During compression, the compressed air heats up and contains moisture. If it cools in the hose and blasting unit, condensate may form. Damp abrasive tends to clump and can block valves, metering equipment and the nozzle.
The integrated air cooler is designed for up to 2,000 l/min and reduces the temperature of the compressed air. This allows a large proportion of the moisture to be separated before it enters the blasting unit. For reliable operation, condensate separators must be checked and drained regularly.
200-litre water tank for self-contained operation
The integrated water tank supplies the hydrogommage nozzle independently of a fixed water connection. With a capacity of 200 litres, it provides sufficient water for many typical anti-graffiti applications. The actual range depends on the nozzle setting, water addition, working time and, where applicable, use of the high-pressure cleaner.
Clean water should be used for operation. Contaminants can impair lines, valves and nozzles. During extended periods of inactivity and when there is a risk of frost, the tank, pump and lines must be completely drained.
T.A.G. + or T.A.G. + HP?
The T.A.G. + is the right solution when graffiti is to be removed primarily by aéro- or hydrogommage. The system already includes the blasting unit, compressor, compressed-air treatment and water supply.
The T.A.G. + HP expands this system with a mobile high-pressure cleaner delivering up to 165 bar and 11 l/min. It can be used independently and is suitable for rinsing off loosened residues, pre-cleaning, final cleaning and pure water-cleaning applications.
✔ T.A.G. + HP: additionally, professional high-pressure cleaning
✔ Both variants: fully mobile and designed for regular use
Suitable substrates
✔ Brick and clinker façades
✔ Concrete and mineral render
✔ Metal, steel and cast iron
✔ Wood, doors, gates and façade elements
✔ Monuments, sculptures and fountains
✔ Walls, underpasses and noise barriers
✔ Street furniture and technical installations
Suitability must always be tested on a sample area. Soft natural stone, weathered brick, old render, thin metal sheets, coated glass and sensitive wood surfaces can be damaged by incorrect settings.
Suitable abrasives
Fine mineral abrasives are generally used for graffiti removal. Hardness, grain size, grain shape and purity are decisive.
✔ Fine garnet for controlled cleaning and paint-removal work
✔ Special soft media for particularly sensitive surfaces
✔ Use only dry, free-flowing abrasives approved for the equipment
Material that is too coarse or damp can impair abrasive flow. Very hard media increase wear on the nozzle, hose and valves.
Finding the correct settings
The optimum working pressure depends on the substrate, the graffiti paint, the penetration depth and the desired result. As a general rule, begin with low pressure. Increase the pressure gradually only if the cleaning effect is insufficient.
✔ Initially set the blasting pressure low
✔ Use abrasive sparingly
✔ Guide the nozzle at a consistent distance
✔ Do not work continuously in one spot
✔ Adjust the water addition so that dust is bound without unnecessarily soaking the surface
Typical applications
✔ Schools, railway stations and stops
✔ Underpasses, bridges and retaining walls
✔ Monument conservation and restoration
✔ Façade cleaning
✔ Cleaning of street furniture
✔ Removal of old coatings and paint residues
✔ Municipal public works departments
✔ Building cleaning and renovation companies
✔ Mobile surface-cleaning service providers
Operating requirements
Safe operation requires a sufficiently large, load-bearing transport surface. The operating weight of approximately 545 kg, as well as water, abrasive, accessories and any additional equipment, must be taken into account when determining payload and securing the load.
At the job site, the work area, pedestrian and traffic protection, noise protection, and the collection of wastewater and residues must be planned. The petrol engine must not be operated in enclosed or inadequately ventilated areas. Exhaust fumes can reach life-threatening concentrations.
Occupational safety
Even dust-reduced hydrogommage does not produce a completely emission-free process. Dissolved paint, abrasive, fine dust and water mist may contain hazardous components.
✔ Hearing protection
✔ Blast suit and suitable gloves
✔ Safety shoes
✔ Securing the work area
✔ Testing old coatings for hazardous substances
✔ Proper disposal of residues and wastewater
Maintenance and care
✔ Keep the abrasive container dry
✔ Check the nozzle for wear and enlargement
✔ Check the blasting hose for abrasion, kinks and damage
✔ Clean the water lines and filters
✔ Rinse the water tank regularly
✔ Perform engine and compressor maintenance according to the manufacturer's specifications
✔ Inspect the high-pressure hose and lance of the HP version
✔ Fully drain the system if there is a risk of frost
Why the ACF T.A.G. +?
The T.A.G. + combines components that would otherwise have to be assembled and transported separately for mobile graffiti removal. The coordinated combination of the SL 28, 1,900 l/min compressor, air cooling, 200-litre water tank and Hydrogommage nozzle simplifies planning and reduces setup time.
The HP version expands the system with a second cleaning technology. This allows the operator to choose between low-pressure blasting, Hydrogommage and high-pressure cleaning, depending on the type of contamination. This makes the system particularly appealing to professional users with varying tasks.
