Leasing & Hire Purchase
Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Contracor Mobile TTM Turntable – with Rail System and Base Frame for CAB Blast Cabinets
The Contracor TTM is a movable, ball-bearing turntable with a rail system and base frame for CAB-series blast cabinets. It allows heavy and bulky workpieces to be safely loaded outside the blasting chamber and then moved into the cabinet on rails.
The base frame is folded down during loading. It is then folded up to close the cabinet door. This keeps the turntable positioned inside the cabinet while the external rail system supports convenient workpiece transport. The maximum load is 350 kg.
The combination of a movable turntable and rotating workpiece holder provides better access to hard-to-reach surfaces. This reduces manual lifting, shortens setup times and can significantly increase productivity when handling heavy or bulky components.

Loading and closing the cabinet
For loading, the base frame is folded down. This allows the workpiece to be positioned on the turntable outside the cabinet. The turntable is then moved into the blasting chamber on the rail system. Before closing the cabinet door, the base frame is folded up.
How it works
After being moved into the chamber, the workpiece remains on the ball-bearing turntable. During blasting, it can be rotated in a controlled manner so that different sides and hard-to-reach areas successively enter the blasting zone. The workpiece does not need to be lifted again or removed from the cabinet.
Typical applications
✔ Workpieces up to 350 kg
✔ All-around blasting of complex geometries
✔ Rust and paint removal
✔ Surface preparation before coating
✔ Series production involving recurring workpieces
✔ Combination with a permanently positioned blasting gun
Installation and setup
The rail system and base frame must be precisely aligned with the cabinet and installed on a load-bearing, level surface. The turntable must be able to move into and out of the blasting chamber without jamming.
✔ Check the ground for adequate load-bearing capacity and levelness
✔ Check that the cabinet door and folding mechanism have sufficient clearance to move
✔ Position the workpiece centrally and securely
✔ Do not exceed the permissible load of 350 kg
✔ Keep abrasive media off the rails before moving the turntable
Maintenance and safety
✔ Check that the folding mechanism operates safely
✔ Check fasteners and stops
✔ Do not operate the turntable with an off-center overload
✔ Secure the workpiece against slipping or tipping
✔ Move and service the turntable only when the blasting system is switched off
✔ Keep all body parts away from rollers, rails, and the folding mechanism
