Leasing & Hire Purchase
Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Contracor adjustable blast gun holder – for GA and GX blast guns
The adjustable Contracor blast gun holder secures a GA or GX blast gun in the desired working position inside an injector blast cabinet. This allows workpieces to be guided or rotated with both hands, or moved on a turntable, while the gun remains evenly aligned with the intended working area.
The holder is available in two length ranges and can be adapted to different workpiece sizes, gun positions and cabinet dimensions. Correctly adjusting the gun position also helps prevent direct blasting of the viewing window, thereby reducing wear on the inner impact plate.

Function
The blast gun is secured in the holder and then aligned with the workpiece or the intended working area. The workpiece can then be guided by hand or moved on a turntable. This keeps the blasting angle largely constant and makes processing more uniform and reproducible.
Typical applications
✔ Processing workpieces on a turntable
✔ Removing rust and paint
✔ Matting and roughening
✔ Blasting longer or heavier workpieces
✔ Work requiring both hands to guide the workpiece
Installation and adjustment
The holder is mounted inside the blast cabinet in a suitable position. The GA or GX blast gun is then securely clamped and aimed at the workpiece. The selected position must not obstruct the movement of the workpiece or the closing of the cabinet doors.
✔ Securely fix the gun to prevent rotation
✔ Do not aim the blasting direction at the viewing window, gloves, or cabinet seams
✔ Maintain a sufficient distance from the workpiece
✔ Route hoses without tension or kinks
✔ Check the movement area before blasting
Maintenance and safety
✔ Clean moving parts of dust and abrasive
✔ Replace worn or bent components
✔ Adjust the gun holder only when the system is depressurized
✔ Check that the blast gun is securely seated before each use
✔ Operate only in an enclosed and fully functional blast cabinet
