The Comprag FR18 is a compact, oil-injected screw compressor with an output of 18.5 kW, mounted on an integrated 500-liter compressed air receiver. Depending on the configuration, it operates at a maximum working pressure of 8 or 10 bar and delivers a flow rate of up to 3.10 m³/min at 8 bar or 2.50 m³/min at 10 bar. Thanks to its efficient screw airend, high-quality drive motor, and t-Log controller, the FR18 provides powerful, economical, and energy-efficient compressed air supply with stable availability and high compressed air quality.

Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

FR Series
FR-Series screw compressors are mounted directly on a horizontal compressed-air tank. The integrated tank stabilizes the network pressure, prevents pulsations in the lines, and reduces the compressor’s switching cycles. This extends the service life of the screw block, electric motor, and drive system while also improving energy efficiency. Since all components are already connected at the factory, you save on installation work and additional costs.

🌀 Efficient Screw Block

The oil is reliably removed through centrifugal and gravity separation, as well as high-quality air-oil separators. The residual oil content at the outlet is less than 3 mg/m³, ensuring particularly pure compressed air quality.
