Leasing
In leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use against payment of regular leasing installments. The accounting is done by the lessor. The leasing installments can usually be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross installments, and value-added tax is incurred throughout the entire term. After the agreed basic rental period, acquisition of the product by purchase is generally possible.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to a installment purchase. The product is activated in the balance sheet of the hire purchaser and depreciated according to the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the last hire purchase installment, ownership of the object transfers to the hire purchaser. The value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (pass-through item).

The Contracor PBT-2 is a powerful pipe interior jet device with a rotating jet head, designed for the professional internal cleaning of large-diameter pipes with internal diameters of 305 mm to 915 mm (12"–36").
Equipped with two oppositely aligned jet nozzles, the system allows for uniform 360° treatment of the pipe's inner wall – ideal for use in industrial plants, power plant construction, pipe rehabilitation, and container manufacturing.
