Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer exclusively for entrepreneurs, traders, and self-employed individuals financing options leasing and hire purchase for selected products starting from a net goods value of €1,000. Below you will find the essential differences between both financing forms.

Leasing

In leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use against payment of regular leasing installments. The accounting is done by the lessor. The leasing installments can usually be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross installments, and value-added tax is incurred throughout the entire term. After the agreed basic rental period, acquisition of the product by purchase is generally possible.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to a installment purchase. The product is activated in the balance sheet of the hire purchaser and depreciated according to the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the last hire purchase installment, ownership of the object transfers to the hire purchaser. The value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (pass-through item).

Contracor Protector 600 - Compact Venturi Sandblasting Nozzle with Silicon Carbide & Polyurethane Jacket

The Contracor Protector 600 is a short Venturi sandblasting nozzle measuring just 80 mm in length, equipped with a high-quality silicon carbide insert and a shock-absorbing polyurethane jacket. It was specifically developed for precise blasting work in confined spaces where high performance and low weight are essential - optimal for daily professional use.

Lightweight, Efficient, and Wear-Resistant

The silicon carbide insert makes the Protector 600 particularly lightweight - up to 35% lighter than comparable nozzles with tungsten carbide. This enables fatigue-free operation, especially during extended blasting applications or overhead work. At the same time, silicon carbide offers high abrasion resistance, making it ideal for all common mineral abrasives.

The integrated Venturi profile ensures an efficient blasting pattern with even abrasive distribution, despite the compact 80 mm design. The polyurethane jacket reliably protects the nozzle against impacts and makes handling easier in harsh working environments.

Venturi Technology for Efficient Blasting Results

Thanks to its Venturi profile , the nozzle produces even abrasive distribution, a higher impact velocity, and consequently more effective cleaning performance - while reducing abrasive consumption at the same time.

Technical Data:

Length: 80 mm
Nozzle insert: Silicon carbide (SiC)
Jacket material: Polyurethane (shock-absorbing & non-slip)
Flow profile: Venturi (short)
Inlet opening: 32 mm
Connection thread: 50 mm, aluminium
Available nozzle diameters: 5.0 mm | 6.5 mm | 8.0 mm | 9.5 mm | 11.0 mm | 12.5 mm

Applications:
  • Fine to medium-duty blasting work
  • Workshop and construction site operations
  • Restoration and surface preparation
  • Lightweight hand blasting equipment and mobile blasting units

Advantages at a Glance:
  • Lightweight silicon carbide insert - for fatigue-free operation
  • Short length (80 mm) - ideal for confined working areas
  • Venturi technology - even blasting pattern, efficient abrasive consumption
  • Polyurethane jacket - protects, cushions impacts, and provides a comfortable grip
  • Compatible with standard nozzle holders with a 50 mm coarse thread

Conclusion:
The Protector 600 from Contracor impresses with its low weight, high wear resistance, and compact design. Ideal for precise blasting work with mineral abrasives - reliable, efficient, and comfortable to handle.
