Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase for selected products exclusively to entrepreneurs, businesses, and self-employed individuals, starting from a net purchase value of €1,000. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

Under a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The product is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. As a rule, lease payments can be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed basic lease term has expired, the product can generally be purchased.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is recognized as an asset on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official AfA depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment, ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either by parcel service or by freight forwarder, depending on their size, weight, and nature. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has expressly been agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated estimates. Delivery delays may occur particularly in cases of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances for which we are not responsible.

Disclaimer of liability:

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, particularly indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in any additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by telephone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Clemco SXS – long silicon carbide Venturi nozzle for high area coverage

The Clemco SXS is a long Venturi blasting nozzle for professional pressure-blast systems. The silicon carbide nozzle core offers a good balance of wear resistance, weight, and cost-effectiveness. The long Venturi geometry supports a powerful, uniform blast pattern and is particularly suitable for larger areas and regular blasting work.

The nozzle is available in 9.5, 11, and 12.5 mm and has a 50 mm coarse thread. Compatible options are Clemco NHP nozzle holders with a 50 mm internal coarse thread and the CFP-50. Due to the large bores, the compressed air system must be adequately sized.

Your benefits at a glance

✅ Economical silicon carbide nozzle core
✅ Long Venturi design for high area coverage
✅ 50 mm coarse thread
✅ Bores of 9.5 / 11 / 12.5 mm

Applications

✔ Large-area rust and scale removal
✔ Removal of heavy coatings
✔ Steel, tank, and plant construction
✔ Surface preparation before corrosion protection

Wear, care, and inspection

Measure the bore regularly with a nozzle gauge. An enlarged or out-of-round bore increases air consumption and worsens the blast pattern. Protect the nozzle from impacts and drops. Before each shift, check the core, jacket, threads, seal, and holder. Change only when depressurized. Do not glue, drill out, or grind damaged nozzles; replace them instead.

Useful tips

Large bores require high air volumes and adequately sized hoses, couplings, and air treatment equipment. Check the operating pressure as close to the nozzle as possible under full load.

FAQ

Which holder fits?
Clemco NHP 50 mm or CFP-50.

Why silicon carbide?
Because of the good balance of wear resistance, weight, and cost-effectiveness.
