Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

Please contact us by telephone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

📐 Adjusting the air flow rate to operating conditions

Here we offer you a practical calculator for Adjustment of the air flow rate to individual operating conditions.

The rated capacities of our refrigerated air dryers are based on Standard conditions according to DIN ISO 7183 (7 bar, 35 °C inlet temperature, 25 °C ambient temperature).

As real systems often have different values, you can use the correct dryer air flow rate in this tool determine quickly and easily. To do this, enter the Your compressor’s air flow rate and the corresponding Correction factors (F1, F2, F3) – the calculator shows you the required dryer air flow rate in m³/min and l/min.

Standard conditions (DIN ISO 7183): 7 bar · 35 °C (inlet) · 25 °C (ambient)
Formula: Flow rate (dryer) = flow rate (compressor) × F1 × F2 × F3

🌡️ Typical outlet temperatures (oil-lubricated rotary screw compressor)
• Compressor block > 150 °C (without cooling), approx. 80–100 °C after the oil separator
Aftercooler (compressed-air outlet): usually in practice +10–15 °C above ambient → typically at 25 °C ambient ≈ 35–40 °C.

❓ FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions about the RDX Series
  • 1. Which dryer is suitable for my system?
    The choice depends on your compressor’s flow rate—for example, RDX‑24 for 2.4 m³/min and RDX‑41 for 4.1 m³/min.
  • 2. Why is hot-gas bypass control important?
It prevents the heat exchanger from freezing during partial-load operation and increases operational safety.
  • 3. How often is maintenance required?
Recommended: weekly visual inspection, annual replacement of the condensate drain, and cleaning of the heat exchanger.
  • 4. Are the units ready for connection?
Yes—all models only require a 230 V / 50 Hz power connection and are ready for immediate operation.
  • 5. How can I identify the current drying status?
Via the LED display with color-coded dew point status—for quick visual checks.
