Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

Please contact us by telephone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

Clemco CTXG Clemlast – long tungsten carbide Venturi nozzle for high area coverage

The Clemco CTXG Clemlast is a long Venturi sandblasting nozzle for professional pressure-blast systems. The extended Venturi geometry accelerates the air-abrasive stream and concentrates it into a powerful, uniform jet. This makes the nozzle particularly suitable for larger areas, intensive rust removal, and fast surface preparation.

The nozzle core is made of impact-resistant tungsten carbide. Bores from 8 to 12.5 mm are available. The 50 mm coarse thread fits Clemco NHP nozzle holders with a 50 mm internal coarse thread as well as the CFP-50. The larger the bore and the higher the operating pressure, the greater the air and abrasive consumption.

Applications

✔ Large steel surfaces and structures
✔ Rust and scale removal
✔ Removal of thick old coatings
✔ Roughening before corrosion protection and coating
✔ Plant, vehicle, and tank construction

Wear, care, and inspection

Measure the bore regularly with a nozzle inspection pin. An enlarged or irregular bore increases air consumption and worsens the blast pattern. Before each shift, check the nozzle core, jacket, thread, seal, and holder for cracks, breakouts, and washouts. Only replace the nozzle when depressurized, keep the thread clean, and replace damaged nozzles completely. After use, blow dry and store protected against impact.

Useful tips

Large bores require very high air volumes. The operating pressure must be maintained at the nozzle under full load. Hoses that are too small, restrictive couplings, and clogged filters cause significant pressure losses.

FAQ

Which holder fits?
Clemco NHP 50 mm or CFP-50.

Can a worn nozzle be repaired?
No. Drilling out, gluing, or grinding is not permitted.

When should it be replaced?
With an enlarged or irregular bore, increasing air consumption, or a changed blast pattern.
