We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Operating principle and maintenance
Activating the hand lever releases the main air supply. When the lever is released, the main air supply must be shut off and the vessel vented in a controlled manner. Carry out installation only on a completely depressurized system. Check the inlet valve, outlet valve, pilot pressure regulator, control hose, hand lever, and silencer together.
💡 Practical tip: Slow shutoff is often caused by a clogged silencer or a restricted pilot line.

Is a functional test required?
Yes. Start, stop, leak tightness, and venting must be checked before adding abrasive.
