Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

Clemco CTST – long tungsten carbide slip-on nozzle for 25- or 32-mm blast hose

The Clemco CTST is a long Venturi slip-on nozzle for professional pressure blasting systems. Unlike conventional threaded nozzles, it is inserted directly into the suitable blast hose and securely fastened with a suitable Clemco hose clamp. The long Venturi geometry supports a concentrated blast pattern and good area performance.

The tungsten carbide nozzle insert is impact-resistant and designed for demanding operating conditions. Variants are available for blast hoses with an inside diameter of 25 or 32 mm and nozzle bores of 8, 10, and 12 mm. A standard threaded nozzle holder is not used with this slip-on design.

Wear, care, and inspection

In addition to the nozzle insert, the slip-on connection must be checked in particular. The hose end, clamp, and nozzle connection must not show any cracks, cuts, loosening, or washout. Secure the clamp evenly and in accordance with the specified installation procedure. A loose slip-on nozzle can come off under pressure and poses a significant safety risk.

Measure the bore regularly, remove the nozzle only when the system is depressurized, and replace damaged nozzles completely. Do not glue, drill out, or grind out the nozzle. After use, clean it dry and store it protected from impacts.

Useful information

The hose inside diameter and nozzle variant must match exactly. An incorrect hose or unsuitable clamp must not be used. The operating pressure should be checked as close to the nozzle as possible under full load.

FAQ

Do I need a nozzle holder?
No. The CTST is inserted directly into the suitable blast hose and secured with a Clemco hose clamp.

How can I recognize wear?
By a larger or non-circular bore, increased air consumption, and a changed blast pattern.

Can the slip-on nozzle be repaired?
No. Damaged nozzles or nozzle holders must be replaced.
