Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

Clemco Spin-Blast – internal pipe blasting unit for 200 to 915 mm pipe IDs

The Clemco Spin-Blast is a pneumatically driven internal pipe blasting unit for uniform treatment of larger pipe inside diameters. Two rotating blast nozzles distribute the abrasive all around the pipe wall, enabling reproducible derusting, descaling, and surface preparation.

The system is available with or without a carriage and is configured according to the pipe ID with an SB-1 or SB-2 blast head and nozzles from 6.5 to 9.5 mm. For consistent results, feed rate, rotational speed, blast pressure, and abrasive flow must be coordinated.

Your benefits

✅ For pipe IDs of 200–915 mm
✅ Available with or without centering carriage
✅ SB-1 and SB-2 blast heads
✅ Nozzle sizes 6.5, 8, or 9.5 mm
✅ High working speed for professional surface preparation

Compressed air and operation

Since two nozzles operate simultaneously, the total air consumption of both nozzles must be taken into account. The compressor, main air line, blast hose, and couplings must be sized so that 6 to 8 bar is available at the equipment under actual blasting load. A consistent feed rate prevents overblasting and incompletely treated areas.

Maintenance and safety

Regularly inspect the rotating head, nozzles, bearings, carriage wheels, and fasteners. Unevenly worn nozzles cause imbalance and an uneven blast pattern. Shield the pipe ends and ensure that no one is in the direction of the outlet. Perform assembly and adjustment work only when the system is depressurized.

FAQ – frequently asked questions

Is a carriage absolutely necessary?
The required guidance depends on the pipe ID and application setup; for many applications, the right carriage improves centering and results.

How is the nozzle size selected?
Based on the pipe diameter, required performance, and available compressed-air volume.

Why must both nozzles wear evenly?
Different bore sizes change air consumption, reaction forces, and blast distribution.
