Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

Contracor AC/DC transformer – for the ABL LED floodlight lamp
The Contracor AC/DC transformer supplies the ABL LED floodlight lamp with the required extra-low voltage. It converts the mains voltage from 230 V AC to 12 V DC and provides an output current of approximately 1.5 A.
The transformer is intended as a matching spare or supplementary part for the Contracor ABL system. It is installed between the mains connection and the ABL extension cable or lamp unit.
The ABL LED floodlight lamp and 20 m extension cable are not included in the scope of delivery.

Connection and Operation
The transformer is connected to the matching Contracor ABL cable system. Before switching on, all plug connections must be fully connected, clean and undamaged. The transformer should be installed outside the direct blasting area in a dry, stable position and protected against mechanical damage.
Maintenance and Safety
