Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). Clemco SXS – long silicon carbide Venturi nozzle for high area coverage
The Clemco SXS is a long Venturi sandblasting nozzle for professional abrasive blasting systems. The silicon carbide nozzle core offers a good balance of wear resistance, weight, and cost-effectiveness. The long Venturi geometry supports an efficient, uniform blast pattern and is particularly suitable for larger areas and regular blasting work.
The nozzle is available in 9.5, 11, and 12.5 mm and has a 50 mm coarse thread. Compatible holders include Clemco NHP nozzle holders with a 50 mm internal coarse thread and the CFP-50. Due to the large bores, the compressed air system must be adequately sized.

Wear, care, and inspection
Measure the bore regularly with a nozzle gauge. An enlarged or out-of-round bore increases air consumption and impairs the blast pattern. Protect the nozzle from impacts and drops. Before each shift, check the core, jacket, thread, seal, and holder. Change only when depressurized. Do not glue, drill out, or grind damaged nozzles; replace them instead.
Useful tips
Large bores require high air volumes and sufficiently sized hoses, couplings, and air treatment equipment. Check the operating pressure as close to the nozzle as possible under full load.
