Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

Please contact us by telephone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

Clemco CAM – Tungsten carbide angle nozzle for hard-to-reach areas

The Clemco CAM is a special angle blasting nozzle for professional pressure blasting systems. Depending on the version, it has one, two, or three lateral jet outlets, each at 45°, enabling the processing of inside edges, undercuts, profiles, pipe sections, and other areas that are difficult to reach with a straight nozzle. The tungsten carbide nozzle core provides high impact resistance and good wear resistance.

The nozzle has a 50 mm coarse thread and is available with outlet bores from 4.8 to 9.5 mm. Compatible options are Clemco NHP nozzle holders with a 50 mm internal coarse thread and the CFP-50. For versions with two or three outlets, the air requirement per outlet must be added together.

Your benefits at a glance

✅ Lateral jet outlets at 45°
✅ Versions with one, two, or three outlets
✅ Robust tungsten carbide nozzle core
✅ 50 mm coarse thread
✅ Ideal for inside edges and hard-to-reach areas
✅ Compressed-air table by nozzle diameter and operating pressure

Technical data
Material Tungsten carbide
Design Short angle nozzle
Outlets 1 / 2 / 3 × 45°
Connection 50 mm coarse thread
Bores per outlet 4.8 / 6.5 / 8 / 9.5 mm
Overall length 70 mm

Compressed-air requirement by nozzle diameter and operating pressure

The values are given in m³/min per outlet. For two or three outlets, the table value must be doubled or tripled accordingly. In addition, plan for at least 50% compressor reserve.

Nozzle diameter per outlet Operating pressure
4 bar 5 bar 6 bar 7 bar 8 bar
4.8 mm 0,95 1,12 1,30 1,48 1,65
6.5 mm 1,45 1,72 2,00 2,28 2,55
8 mm 2,45 2,95 3,40 3,90 4,35
9.5 mm 3,55 4,25 4,90 5,60 6,25

Applications

✔ Inside edges, undercuts, and profiles
✔ Inside of pipes and complex constructions
✔ Cleaning hard-to-reach weld seams
✔ Simultaneous processing in multiple directions

Wear, care, and inspection

Check all outlets regularly with a suitable nozzle gauge. Uneven wear between the outlets changes the jet distribution and reaction forces. Before every shift, inspect the core, jacket, thread, seal, and holder for cracks, breakouts, and loosening. Change only when depressurized. Do not glue, drill out, or grind damaged nozzles; replace them instead.

Useful information

The nozzle generates lateral reaction forces. Before starting work, ensure a secure stance and controlled guidance. With multiple outlets, air consumption increases significantly; the hose, compressor, and fittings must be suitably rated.

FAQ

How is the air requirement calculated?
Table value per outlet multiplied by the number of outlets.

Which holder fits?
Clemco NHP 50 mm or CFP-50.

Can the angle nozzle be repaired?
No. Damaged nozzles must be replaced.
