Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. The Clemco Sandblast Hose SM-2 is a professional blast hose for conveying highly abrasive media such as quartz sand, steel grit, corundum and glass. Its abrasion-resistant, smooth and antistatic tube ensures a consistent abrasive flow and a very long service life in daily use.

The wide range of hose cross-sections enables the right configuration for compact pressure blast machines, mobile standard systems and high-performance blasting systems. The hose is designed for a maximum operating pressure of 12 bar and temperatures from −35 to +80 °C.

Sizing and assembly

The hose cross-section largely determines how much pressure actually reaches the nozzle. Small 13 mm hoses are intended for compact systems and correspondingly small nozzles. Larger nozzles and long lines require inside diameters of 25, 32, 38 or 42 mm. The coupling and nozzle holder must match the respective outside diameter exactly.

Inspection, care and storage

Check the hose daily for abrasion, cuts, blisters, crushing and exposed reinforcement. Replace damaged or unusually heavily worn hoses. Store depressurized, without kinks, dry and protected from UV light.

💡 Practical tip: Do not use the hose longer than necessary. Each additional metre increases pressure loss, weight and handling effort.
