Leasing & Hire Purchase
Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.
Disclaimer:
We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.
Please contact us by telephone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.
If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

Clemco CT with 3/4" fine thread – compact tungsten carbide blast nozzle
The Clemco CT is a short Venturi blast nozzle for professional pressure blast systems. Its compact design makes it particularly well suited for smaller components, blast cabinets and workstations where a handy, easy-to-control nozzle is required. The tungsten carbide nozzle core offers high impact resistance and good wear resistance in daily workshop and construction-site use.
The design features a 3/4-inch fine thread and is available with 4.8, 6 and 8 mm nozzle orifices. Nozzle diameter and operating pressure together determine the compressed air requirement, abrasive consumption and achievable area coverage. Before selecting a nozzle, you should therefore check whether the compressor, air treatment system, blast hose and nozzle holder can provide the required air volume even under full load.
Your benefits at a glance
✅ Compact Venturi nozzle for precise and controlled blasting work
✅ Impact-resistant tungsten carbide nozzle core
✅ Three nozzle orifices for different performance ranges
✅ 3/4-inch fine thread for matching Clemco HEP nozzle holders
✅ Suitable for rust removal, paint stripping, cleaning and roughening
✅ Clear compressed air table by nozzle diameter and operating pressure

Compressed air requirement according to nozzle diameter and operating pressure
Reference values in m³/min at the nozzle connection. To account for line losses, pressure fluctuations and increasing nozzle wear, we recommend at least 50% compressor reserve capacity.
| Nozzle Ø | Operating pressure | ||||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4 bar | 5 bar | 6 bar | 7 bar | 8 bar | |
| 4.8 mm | 0,95 | 1,12 | 1,30 | 1,48 | 1,65 |

| 8 mm | 2,45 | 2,95 | 3,40 | 3,90 | 4,35 |
Typical applications
✔ Processing small and medium-sized steel components
✔ Rust and scale removal
✔ Removal of paint and old coatings
✔ Roughening before priming, painting or coating
✔ Cleaning machine, vehicle, and system components
Nozzle wear, inspection, and maintenance
The nozzle insert is a wear part. As operating time increases, the bore may become enlarged or wear out of round. This increases air and abrasive consumption, while the pressure at the nozzle and the accuracy of the spray pattern decrease. The bore should be measured and documented regularly using a nozzle inspection pin or nozzle gauge.
Before starting work, inspect the nozzle jacket, thread, nozzle insert, seal, and nozzle holder for cracks, chips, looseness, and washout. Install or remove the nozzle only when the system is completely depressurized. Keep the fine thread clean, avoid cross-threading, and do not tighten it by force. Replace damaged seals immediately.
Cracked, chipped, or heavily worn nozzles must not be glued, drilled out, or ground out. A damaged nozzle must be replaced completely. After use, blow it dry, remove abrasive residue, and store it protected from impact.
Useful tips
The desired operating pressure should be checked as close to the nozzle as possible under actual load. Hoses that are too small or too long, contaminated filters, restrictive couplings, and leaks cause pressure losses. Damp abrasive or inadequately treated compressed air can lead to blockages and uneven material flow.
FAQ
Which nozzle holder is suitable?
A Clemco HEP nozzle holder with a 3/4" internal fine thread, sized to match the outside diameter of the blasting hose used.
How can I recognize nozzle wear?
By an enlarged or out-of-round bore, increased air consumption, decreasing blasting pressure, and an uneven spray pattern.
Can the nozzle be repaired?
No. A damaged carbide nozzle insert must be replaced.
Why is compressor reserve capacity important?
It compensates for line losses, pressure fluctuations, and the increasing air demand of a worn nozzle.
