Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

NovaBlast NBSC-50 – versatile 50-liter pressure blast pot for workshops, construction sites and professional surface preparation

The NovaBlast NBSC-50 is a professional pressure blasting unit with a 50-liter vessel capacity. It combines a still highly mobile design with significantly longer operating intervals than a compact 18-liter blast pot. This makes the unit suitable for workshops, metalworking, vehicle restoration, maintenance, corrosion protection and mobile blasting work on small to medium-sized surfaces.

The NBSC-50 is available with either an FSV or Micro abrasive metering valve. The FSV is simple, robust and particularly easy to service. The Micro valve enables sensitive adjustment of the abrasive quantity and is of interest to users who frequently work with different abrasives and operating parameters.

The pressure vessel is designed for a system pressure of 5 to 12 bar. According to the manufacturer's manual, the permissible compressed-air and ambient temperature is between 5 and 50 °C. The dimensions are 630 mm in diameter and 1,150 mm in height. The current NBSC-50 manual does not specify the equipment weight.

FSV or Micro – which valve is the better choice?

FSV or Micro – which valve is the better choice?

The FSV uses a simple, mechanically robust dosing geometry and is particularly easy to maintain. The Micro valve enables finer adjustment of the abrasive flow rate and is suitable for frequently changing abrasives, grain sizes, or surfaces.
✔ Micro: finer dosing and more flexible adjustment
✔ Both variants: suitable for professional pressure blasting applications

Typical applications

✔ Removing rust and paint from metal parts
✔ Vehicle and classic car restoration
✔ Steel construction and metalworking
✔ Surface preparation before coating
✔ Machinery and system maintenance
✔ Mobile construction site work

Correctly sizing the compressor and nozzle

Air consumption is determined primarily by the nozzle diameter and working pressure. For consistently stable blasting performance, the compressor must deliver the required air volume at the actual working pressure. NovaBlast recommends a compressed-air supply line with an inside diameter of at least 3/4 inch for optimum power transmission.

Maintenance and care

✔ Drain the moisture separator regularly
✔ Check the dosing valve for wear and unrestricted material flow
✔ Test the remote control and dead-man function
✔ Check the silencer
✔ Check the blast hose, couplings, and nozzle
✔ Keep the vessel dry
✔ Observe statutory pressure vessel inspections
