Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

Contracor NTC – short Venturi sandblasting nozzle made of tungsten carbide

The Contracor NTC is a compact short Venturi blast nozzle for professional pressure blast systems. With its short overall length of just 45 mm, it is particularly suitable for work with a short nozzle distance, confined work areas and smaller blast surfaces.

The nozzle core made of tungsten carbide (TC) is resistant to mechanical stress and is particularly suitable for mineral abrasives as well as demanding applications on construction sites, in workshops and in industrial surface treatment. The aluminium jacket protects the nozzle core and keeps the design compact.

*The values are approximate figures at a nozzle pressure of 6 bar. The actual required air volume depends, among other things, on the line cross-section, hose length, pressure losses and the nozzle's state of wear. The compressor should have sufficient capacity reserve.

Short Venturi geometry

The short Venturi geometry is designed for small distances between the nozzle and workpiece. At short distances, it produces a wider blast pattern than a simple nozzle with a straight bore. This makes the NTC particularly suitable for spot work, smaller surfaces, edges, profiles and hard-to-reach areas.

For large, freely accessible surfaces and maximum area coverage, a longer Venturi nozzle is often the better choice.

With highly aggressive abrasives such as white fused alumina or silicon carbide, tungsten carbide wears significantly faster than boron carbide. For such applications, it should be considered whether a boron carbide nozzle would be more economical.

As the bore diameter increases, blasting performance, air demand, and abrasive consumption increase. The nozzle size must therefore match the available compressor capacity, the internal diameter of the blast hose, and the desired work performance.

Installation and compatibility

The NTC has a 1 1/8"-UNC coarse thread and a 13 mm inlet opening. Before ordering, check that the existing nozzle holder matches this thread and the nozzle inlet size exactly.

An intact, suitable nozzle seal must be fitted between the nozzle and nozzle holder. A damaged or missing seal can cause air and abrasive leakage and damage the nozzle holder.
