Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer exclusively for entrepreneurs, traders, and self-employed individuals financing options leasing and hire purchase for selected products starting from a net goods value of €1,000. Below you will find the essential differences between both financing forms.

Leasing

In leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use against payment of regular leasing installments. The accounting is done by the lessor. The leasing installments can usually be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross installments, and value-added tax is incurred throughout the entire term. After the agreed basic rental period, acquisition of the product by purchase is generally possible.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to a installment purchase. The product is activated in the balance sheet of the hire purchaser and depreciated according to the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the last hire purchase installment, ownership of the object transfers to the hire purchaser. The value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

The shipping of our goods depends on size, weight, and nature, either via parcel service or via freight forwarding. The choice of shipping method is made by us at our discretion.

The delivery times indicated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time of the order.

A large part of the products offered is shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the specified benchmarks. In particular, material shortages, production delays, delivery bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control may lead to delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays caused by circumstances that are outside our control. This particularly applies to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, transport companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, especially for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permissible as long as they are reasonable for the customer. No additional shipping costs will be incurred unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time of an item can be communicated individually upon request before or after the order.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

If there are significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. Mandatory legal rights of the customer remain unaffected.

Comprag DFS – Cyclone condensate separator for effective compressed air cleaning

The cyclone separators of the Comprag DFS series are high-quality components for the separation of liquid condensate directly from the compressed air line. Due to their innovative centrifugal design, they achieve a separation performance of over 99 % – even at variable volume flows between 20 % and 120 % of the nominal capacity. Thanks to robust construction, maintenance-free operation, and low pressure loss, the DFS models are perfect for industrial compressed air systems of any size.

✅ Highlights
  • Constant separation performance at varying volume flows
  • Over 99 % separation efficiency for liquid condensates
  • Reliable, maintenance-free float drain valve
  • Modular design – combinable with DFF filters
  • High-quality aluminum housing with powder coating
  • Minimal pressure loss (approx. 55 mbar at nominal volume flow)

📐 Adjustment of the volume flow

Here we offer you a practical calculator for Adjustment of the volume flow of the DFS cyclone condensate separator to different operating pressures.

The flow rates specified in the technical data refer to a operating pressure of 7 bar. To find the actual flow rate at different pressures, multiply by the Nominal flow rate (at 7 bar) to determine the corresponding Correction factor.

Formula: Qactual = Q7 bar × Fp

Please consider this adjustment when selecting the model.

⚙️ Equipment

❓ FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions about the DFS series
  • 1. What is the difference from a normal filter?
Cyclone separators only remove liquid condensate – no dust or oil particles. For complete treatment, a compressed air filter is added.
  • 2. How does the condensate drainage work?
Through an integrated, mechanical float drain valve – maintenance-free and without power connection.
  • 3. Can I combine the DFS with a refrigerant dryer?
Yes – ideal as a pre-stage before dryers for relief and efficiency increase.
  • 4. What does twin design mean?
Models like DFS-230 and DFS-360 consist of two separators with larger housings for higher flow rates.
  • 5. Is there accessories for installation?
Yes – wall mounting kits, adapters, and series installation kits are available.
