We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

The ACF Topolino 18 is a compact, professional low-pressure blasting system for users who need high precision, good mobility and a versatile range of applications. With an 18-litre capacity, finely adjustable working pressure and an equipment weight of approximately 29 kg, the Topolino is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized areas, restoration work and changing locations.
Typical applications include furniture, doors, shutters, wooden beams, bodywork components, railings, natural stone, statues, moulds and graffiti. Depending on the nozzle size and compressed-air supply, the system can be operated very gently and precisely or with a higher removal rate.
The Topolino is available as a standalone blasting system as well as in various complete sets with a compressor, compressed-air treatment system and hose packages of different lengths. Water can also be added using a suitable wet-blasting nozzle.
