The Comprag FR03 is a compact, oil-injected rotary screw compressor with a power rating of 3.0 kW, mounted on an integrated compressed-air receiver with a capacity of 270 or 500 liters. Depending on the configuration, it operates at a maximum working pressure of 8 or 10 bar and delivers a flow rate of up to 0.46 m³/min at 8 bar or 0.38 m³/min at 10 bar. Thanks to its efficient screw element, high-quality drive motor, and t-Log controller, the FR03 provides a space-saving, economical, and energy-efficient compressed-air supply with stable air availability and high compressed-air quality.

Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

The Comprag FR03.. combines the efficiency of the F series with space-saving integration on a horizontal compressed-air tank. With a drive power of 3.0 kW, the screw compressor is available in 8- or 10-bar pressure ratings and can be equipped with either a 270-liter or 500-liter compressed-air tank. This makes the FR03.. ideal for workshops, trade businesses, and smaller industrial applications with limited space.
FR Series
The FR-series screw compressors are mounted directly on a horizontal compressed-air tank. The integrated tank stabilizes the system pressure, prevents pressure fluctuations, and reduces the compressor’s switching cycles. This extends the service life of the screw block, electric motor, and drive system while also increasing energy efficiency. Since all components are factory-preassembled, you save on assembly work and additional installation costs.

All compressors in the F and FR series are equipped with high-efficiency, high-quality motors from leading manufacturers. They do not operate in the overload range and are reliably protected by thermal motor protection.
🌀 Efficient Screw Block
The modern rotor design of the oil-injected screw block ensures high energy efficiency. A thin film of oil separates the rotor elements without contact, reduces friction, and ensures a long service life.
💧 Clean Compressed Air
Through centrifugal and gravity separation, together with high-quality air-oil separators, the oil is reliably removed from the compressed air. The residual oil content is below 3 mg/m³.
