Leasing & Hire Purchase
Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.
Disclaimer:
We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

ACF Calao 28 / Calao 58 – high-performance Aérogommeuse for professional paint stripping and cleaning work
The ACF Calao is a professional low-pressure blasting unit for users who work on larger surfaces, extensive restoration projects or frequently changing materials. Depending on the version, 24 or 50 litres of abrasive media capacity are available. This makes the unit suitable for mobile construction-site applications as well as longer jobs in workshops and production environments.
The working pressure can be adjusted from approximately 1.5 to 7 bar. Combined with precise abrasive media metering, the cleaning performance can be adapted to wood, metal, natural stone, brick, glass, polyester and many other materials. Depending on the material, nozzle and application, ACF specifies a guideline of approximately 50 to 70 m² per working day for the Calao.
The Calao is available in several versions: as a standalone blasting unit, with hose packages of different lengths, and as a Maxi-Calao complete system with a suitably sized compressor and compressed-air treatment system.

Calao 28 or Calao 58?
The Calao 28 is the more mobile version and already offers good autonomy with 24 litres. It is suitable for regular on-site applications, larger items of furniture, beams, façade sections, vehicle parts and many classic restoration jobs.
The Calao 58 has a 50-litre container and enables longer operating intervals without refilling. It is particularly suitable when large surfaces, long operating times or higher abrasive quantities are the priority.
Suitable surfaces
✔ Steel, cast iron, aluminium and bodywork components
✔ Natural stone, brick, concrete and façades
✔ Glass and decorative surfaces
✔ Polyester, GRP and boat hulls
✔ Machine and plant components
Selecting the right compressor
The required air capacity depends primarily on the nozzle size and working pressure. Larger nozzles increase surface output but require considerably more compressed air. For the Calao 28, depending on the nozzle, a usable delivery rate of approximately 1,200 to 2,000 l/min or more is advisable. For the Calao 58 and larger nozzles, plan for approximately 2,000 to 3,000 l/min or more.
Suitable abrasive media
✔ Garnet for controlled material removal and robust surfaces
✔ Glass beads for gentle cleaning and finishing
✔ Walnut shell granulate for sensitive materials
✔ Sodium bicarbonate for specific cleaning tasks
✔ Use only dry media with adequate flowability
Typical applications
✔ Façade and natural stone cleaning
✔ Rust removal from metal structures
✔ Vehicle and classic car restoration
✔ Boatbuilding and antifouling removal
✔ Building renovation and heritage conservation
✔ Contract blasting and cleaning companies
Maintenance and care
✔ Remove condensate from the compressed-air supply
✔ Check the nozzle regularly for wear
✔ Inspect the blast hose and couplings
✔ Keep the metering device clean and mobile
✔ Check the remote control and dead-man function
✔ Use only suitable, dry abrasive media
